I have a Bachelors in Education and Nursing and have been working in the medical field since 1997. Over the years, I have observed a decline in manners and etiquette in children and adults. I found myself becoming passionate about bringing the lost art of etiquette and manners back into today's society. I obtained a Certificate in Children's Etiquette in 2013 and am eager to teach and create a solid foundation in manners for children. If children learn the basics, and practice, practice, practice, it becomes second nature; they can then focus on the new challenges in life without having to think about the basics.
Being born and raised in Madison, my life has been infused with outdoor activities. I love taking advantage of all that the Madison area has to offer; boating, hiking, farmers market, endless education activities, festivals, etc. I am a life long lover of animals, having multiple pets. I am also currently volunteering at Heartland Farm Sanctuary, offering holistic care to animals.
Health, nutrition and fitness have always been important to me. Working in the healthcare field for so many years, I see the impact it has on daily life. I practice modern, conventional medicine as well as non traditional healing modalities. I am Board Certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine, and a Nature Connect Coach. I am a life long learner... I believe you should never stop learning.
